Further to your telephone enquiry, I have pleasure in enclosing a pro forma invoice for the swimming coach equipment we discussed. This invoice is valid for two months.

As you will see, we are prepared to offer you a 10% discount on the purchase of two sets of nylon caps with ear-guards. Team sets of caps are available in blue or white. Caps are numbered 2-18 and the goalkeeper’s cap is red. The cost is $249 per set of 18.

(The cost of two water polo balls (one for women and one for men) is $64. Men’s regulation size 5 ball it’s yellow and costs $35. And women’s regulation size 4 ball it’s pink and costs $29.)

Unfortunately we are not able to offer a better price on the stopwatches and the waterpolo balls as they are not made by us.

However, we would also include a complimentary video showing how the game is played if you decide to proceed with the order.

The total cost of these items is $762.20 which includes cost, insurance, and freight. We will dispatch the goods, as soon as we receive your payment.

Why I love my job…

My job consists of seeing and helping people. I’m surrounded by money all day. Every day is different because each person who comes wants something different. Some want to pay money and others want it. Normally I don’t work in the evenings and in winter I also work on Saturdays. At work, I do all my work using a computer. I like my job because I work helping people.
